Simple offline ledger
Basic Ledger is a simple offline khata for people who want only the basics: who paid, who owes and how much. Everything stays on the phone, and a backup goes to Google Drive or any place the user picks. We built it with Flutter and published it on Google Play and the App Store in October 2026.
What we built

- Many businesses, each with its own customers
- IN and OUT entries with a running balance, grouped by day
- PDF statements for any dates, shared on WhatsApp
- Roznamcha: a daily log of every entry added, changed or deleted, with undo
- A built-in calculator, and notes in English or Urdu
- Back up to Google Drive and restore on a new phone
- Private: no account, works offline, records stay on the phone
