Who we are

E Tech (etechbyabbas.com) is the website of Muhammad Abbas, the maker of the E Tech YouTube channel. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of this website, and "you" means anyone who visits or uses it.

Agreeing to these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You can watch the courses at any age, but you must be 18 or older to make a contribution.

The courses and videos

Every course on this site is a playlist from the E Tech YouTube channel, played here in order. The videos stay on YouTube. When you press play, the video is loaded from YouTube and YouTube's own terms apply to the player.

You may watch the videos as often as you like and share links to any page. You may not download, copy, re-upload or sell the videos or the text on this site, and you may not put them inside another website or app without written permission.

The "watched" ticks are saved in your own browser only. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Not advice

The tutorials show how something worked at the time the video was recorded: an app, a bank, a payment card, a government form or an online store. Companies and governments change their rules often. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Check the official source, and if money or a legal matter is involved, ask a qualified professional before you act.

The free tools

The tools page links to software made by Muhammad Abbas: Wasoolo, One Click Order and Merge Fruit Slice. Each tool is downloaded from its own store or website, and each one has its own terms and privacy policy, shown where you download it. This site only describes them and links to them.

Comments

You can leave a comment on a lesson with your name, your email address and your text. Your name and your comment are shown publicly once approved; your email address is never shown. Every comment is checked before it appears. We may edit, shorten or remove a comment, and we may not approve comments that are unkind, off topic, advertising, or contain more than one link. By posting a comment you give us permission to show it on this site.

Contributions ("Buy me a tea")

A contribution is a voluntary gift to support free content. You receive nothing in return: no product, no service, no access and no promise of a specific video. The full rules are on the Support page, and refunds are explained in our Refund Policy.

• Amounts are in US dollars, from USD 1 to USD 300, one time, with no subscription.
• You must be 18 or older and the owner of the card or account you use.
• Payments are handled by a card processor or PayPal on their own secure pages. This site never sees or stores card numbers.
• Contributions are not tax-deductible.

The Support page shows whether online payments are open.

Other companies' names and products

Names like YouTube, WhatsApp, RedotPay, Razer Gold, Shopify, Facebook and WordPress belong to their owners. E Tech is not connected to, sponsored by or approved by any of them. They are named only so the tutorials make sense.

No warranty

This website and its content are provided "as is". We try to keep everything correct and available, but we do not promise that the site will always work, that every video will stay online, or that a tutorial fits your situation.

Limit of our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from following a tutorial, or from a service or product of another company that a tutorial explains. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you and that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows the last change. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
