Questions and answers
How do I back up my data?
Open Settings → Backup & Restore. Tap Backup to Google Drive / Share and pick Google Drive, WhatsApp or email, or tap Save to phone storage. If a week goes by without a backup, the app reminds you.
How do I move to a new phone?
Make a backup on the old phone. Install the app on the new phone, open Settings → Backup & Restore → Restore from backup file and pick that file. A restore replaces everything that is already in the app on the new phone.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your phone, inside the app. We have no copy and cannot recover it for you, which is why backups matter. The privacy policy explains the details.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
Everything in the app is deleted from the phone. Make a backup first if you want to keep your records.
How do I share a customer statement?
Open the customer and tap the PDF icon at the top. Choose the dates (for example Last month, or your own From and To dates), tap Create PDF, then send it on WhatsApp or anywhere else.
I deleted an entry by mistake. Can I get it back?
Yes. Deleted entries go to Settings → Trash first. Open the Trash and restore the entry.
Is the app free?
Yes. It is free to download and has no ads.
